The importance of doing walking exercises



Exercise is important for each of us, because it does not have the greatest demand for comparison with other types of practice.

It is also a fast walk for an hour and it remains convinced that there are the following advantages;

1. Helps to strengthen the bones.

2. Helps with a significant degree in reducing stress / stress.

3. It makes the person feel better.

4. Reduction and hypertension of blood pressure.

5. Reduces the possibility of experiencing problems with cholesterol.

6. These exercises help to reduce weight significantly

7. Reduce the risk of developing heart attack.
