A 35-year-old in Kenya has been sentenced to court for allegedly robbing two of his neighbors' goats, and then killing them.
The incident occurred on January 13 this year, after people saw him dragging the goats out of the wild where he was feeling the incident, in the Kangundo area
The prosecutors wanted the goats to be tested for the fact that they had been treated, demanding a prosecutor to be treated after complaining when he was mistreated when the police went to arrest him.
The case has been suspended until January 29, and the defendant was given a guarantee of 100,000 shillings of Kenya.
Kenyan law calls for a convicted man to commit such cruelty to animals in prison for 14 years.
